Fish Tacos

Mayonnaise
Lime juice
Taco seasoning
Cilantro (opt.)
Tilapia (or other light fish)
corn tortillas
Bagged coleslaw mix or finely shredded cabbage
Salsa, sliced green onions or other desired toppings (opt.)

Mix together:
Mayonnaise, lime juice, taco seasoning & cilantro
(all amounts are to taste)

Sauté fish in just enough oil to coat skillet. (Use ½ to 1 fillet per taco.) Cook evenly on both sides, sprinkling with lime juice & a bit of the dry taco seasoning on both sides while cooking.

Meanwhile, warm corn tortillas in lightly spray coated skillet.

Spread some of the lime mayo mixture on warmed tortilla. Spread some of the cabbage on one side of tortilla, place cooked tilapia in tortilla & fold in half.
If desired you can also top with salsa and/or sliced green onions.
