The typical funeral potato recipe. You can use this as a main dish or a side. Probably better as a side.
1 Pkg. Frozen hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C sour cream
1 C shredded cheese
corn flakes (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix ingredients together and spread evenly in 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle cornflakes on top. Bake for 45 min.
